Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Zenslearn (“the Platform”), operated by Zensbot (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization (such as a training institute or academy), you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. Description of Service

Zenslearn is a white-label learning management platform that provides course management, student enrollment, live class scheduling, certificate generation, video hosting, and AI-powered educational tools. Each institute receives a branded subdomain and customizable interface.

3. Account Registration

To use the Platform, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be at least 18 years old or have authorization from a legal guardian

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Pricing and Payment

Setup Fee: A one-time setup fee of Rs 35,000 is charged for platform deployment, branding configuration, and initial setup. This fee is non-refundable.

Monthly Billing: You are billed Rs 80 per active student per month. Your first 10 students are free, permanently. Billing is calculated based on your active student count at the end of each billing cycle.

Payment Methods: We accept payments via bank transfer, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and Raast. Payment instructions are provided in your admin dashboard.

Late Payment: If payment is overdue by more than 15 days, we may restrict access to certain features until the balance is cleared. We will notify you before any restrictions are applied.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Upload, distribute, or store illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Violate the intellectual property rights of any third party
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or other accounts
• Interfere with the Platform's operation or impose unreasonable load
• Resell or redistribute access to the Platform without authorization
• Use the Platform for any purpose that violates Pakistani law

6. Content and Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Platform, including course materials, lectures, quizzes, and branding assets. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to host, display, and deliver that content to your authorized users.

Our Platform: The Zenslearn platform, including its design, code, features, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Zensbot. Your subscription grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Platform.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or reasons beyond our control. We will provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance when possible.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of student data complies with applicable data protection regulations.

9. Cancellation and Termination

By You: You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us via WhatsApp or email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. See our Refund Policy for details.

By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, fail to pay for more than 30 days, or engage in conduct that harms other users or the Platform. We will provide reasonable notice before termination except in cases of serious violation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Pakistani law, Zensbot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through arbitration in Karachi, Pakistan, in accordance with applicable Pakistani arbitration laws.
