Setup Fee

The one-time setup fee of Rs 35,000 is non-refundable. This fee covers platform deployment, subdomain configuration, branding setup, initial data migration assistance, and onboarding support. Work on your institute begins immediately upon payment, and the setup fee reflects the cost of this dedicated effort.

Monthly Billing

Your monthly per-student billing can be cancelled at any time with no penalty or cancellation fee. When you cancel:

  • Your current billing cycle runs until its end date
  • You retain full access to the platform until the cycle ends
  • No further charges are applied after cancellation
  • We do not issue partial refunds for unused days within a billing cycle

We will confirm your cancellation within 24 hours and provide details about your final billing date.

Data After Cancellation

After your subscription ends, you have 30 days to export your data (courses, student records, certificates) through the admin dashboard. After 30 days, your data will be permanently deleted from our systems. We can provide data export assistance upon request during this period.

Disputes

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly or have a billing dispute, contact us at hello@zensbot.com. We will investigate and resolve billing issues within 5 business days.
